A clear, five-step process designed for international clients who cannot be on site every week.
Start by telling us what you want to achieve. You can use our Guided Brief or speak with us directly to explain your ideas, goals, location preferences and overall project.
We review your plans and help define the practical path forward. Depending on your situation, this may involve finding a property, assessing land or an existing property, building a new home or transforming what already exists.
We help identify suitable properties or locations, or assess land, homes and existing buildings that may already be part of your plans. Where needed, we organise viewings and on-site visits to better understand the real-world conditions of the property.
Once the direction is clear, we organise the next stages and coordinate the appropriate professionals and trusted partners required for the project, such as engineers, architects, legal or financial professionals and specialist contractors. We coordinate the overall process and maintain clear communication between everyone involved. Clients can also communicate directly with the appropriate professionals whenever needed.
As the project moves forward, we coordinate the different stages, people and practical requirements involved in bringing the project to completion. The level of coordination depends on the scope and requirements of each individual project.
